Customer Satisfaction

More and more, customers want to know that the providers of their goods and services are doing something to clean up the environment. Big companies pay six figures for help with that. Small businesses can’t afford that! Small businesses can’t afford to do … nothing.

Expand your definition of “the bottom line” to the “triple bottom line” – profit, planet and people and win customers. Doing well by doing good was a concept brought forward by the CEO of a major company. When competitors were struggling, the approach put his company at the top of their market. Where concern for people and planet could align with profit, the solution was adopted.

It’s not enough to solve problems and come up with great solutions. People need to know about it. When you clean up your operation, make sure you let people know you’re doing the right thing. Don’t be shy!
